Animal Fit Return Policy
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Eligible Returns
Items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free of all stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
Free Size Exchanges
If your gear does not fit, we will happily exchange it for another size (subject to availability)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method between 5-10 business days.
Damage or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damage, or incorrect item contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right with no additional cost.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we'll provide a prepaid shipping label
- For standard returns customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
